All CREATE bikes are equipped with a flip-flop hub, designed to accept sprockets on either side, we’ve already fitted a fixed gear on one side and a free wheel on the other.

All our bikes come with a 7 day money back guarantee meaning if a problem should occur and parts cannot rectify it or you're just not happy with it - just repackage it in its original packaging and return it to us for a no questions asked refund. If you are outside your 7 days 'Do not panic'. You have a 12 months warranty with the manufacturer meaning if the bicycle or product is found to have a fault as a result of a manufacturing or materialdefect, you can return it to us at your cost - THIS WILL BE REIMBURSED- If however the manufacturer finds that the problem is due to misuse or neglectthey reserve the right to levy a charge for the repair of the bicycle or product and return the cost to you.
Though packed for shipment in a heavyweight 7-layer carton, your CREATE Bikes will arrive approximately 90% assembled. Generally assembly may require attaching pedals, front wheel, handlebars and adjustments. Basic tools included to get your bike built.

Each unit comes with our 7 day money back guarantee or cooling off period. You have 7 days to decide if you are going to keep it or not. If within this 7 day period you don't want it, return it to us unused and we will refund you the purchase price. After this 7 day period has expired you will not be entitled to your money back.
Additionally from the date of receipt you have 12 months cover with the manufacturer - simply meaning that if a problem occurs with your product after the initial 7 day period has elapsed (which the supply of spare parts cannot rectify) you can return the unit to us and we will have the manufacturer repair or if need be replace the unit for you providing the fault is found to be a result of either a manufacturing or material defect.
If the manufacturer finds that the problem is due to misuse or neglect they reserve the right to levy a charge for the repair and return of the bicycle.
All our products are manufactured to the relevant British or European Safety Standards.
Our aim is to despatch all orders placed before 14:00 GMT within 48 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability (If we are unable to validate your order, you will receive an email to inform you of this).
Estimated delivery timescales within 1 - 5 Working Days
The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations, we will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
